Introspective Hypnosis works with the subconscious mind on finding the origin of psychosomatic symptoms or problems in this life or in a past life. It is a method that combines Ericksonian Hypnosis, Clinical Hypnosis, Forgiveness Therapy, Past Life Regression, Spiritual Assistance and Spiritual Attachments.<\/span><\/p>\n

All hypnosis is self hypnosis because the <\/span>hypnotic state of consciousness is generated within yourself. You choose to respond to the suggestions given, you are the captain of your own ship, you will be conscious and in control. We all go into hypnotic states periodically throughout the day, while driving, reading, working on a computer, before we fall asleep and as we begin to awake, these are trance states characterized by focused attention.<\/span><\/p>\n

What to expect:<\/span><\/p>\n

This session is 2-3 hours depending on each persons unique journey. No other person is permitted to stay or sit in your session. We start with the interview, getting to know each other, why are you interested in this session etc. followed by a progressive relaxed induction to begin your journey. It is a very relaxing and healing experience.<\/span><\/p>\n
