Store Policy and Returns:
All items are handmade by me and I currently do not offer customizations. I will gladly accept returns if you are not happy with your order, please contact me at trilogywellnessnaples@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery and ship the item(s) back within 7 days of delivery. I don’t accept cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems or concerns with your order. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The item is expected to be returned in the original condition and the buyer is responsible for any loss in the value.
If your jewelry breaks or something seems defective I will do whatever is reasonable to resolve the issue and make my customers happy. Please email me at trilogywellnessnaples@gmail.com to discuss the situation.
